Toothbar
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Toothbar of Austin PLLC (“Toothbar,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Information, not dental advice
Everything on this site is general information about our practice and the care we offer. It isn’t dental or medical advice, doesn’t replace an exam, and doesn’t create a dentist–patient relationship. Every treatment plan depends on an in-person evaluation, and individual results vary.
2. Emergencies
Don’t use this website or email for urgent needs. For a dental emergency during office hours, call us at (512) 949-8202. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding or swelling that’s spreading, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Appointments
Online booking is handled by our scheduling provider. A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Insurance coverage and cost estimates are confirmed before treatment and may change after your exam.
4. Services from other companies
The site links to or embeds services run by other companies, such as online scheduling, Google Maps, financing providers and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their content or availability.
5. Content and trademarks
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Toothbar or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use; any other use needs our written permission. Invisalign® is a trademark of Align Technology, Inc., and Botox® is a trademark of Allergan, Inc.
6. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, copy it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but the site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Toothbar isn’t liable for damages that result from using, or being unable to use, this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
